[SOLVED] Styles.json not doing anything?

Trying to follow this but it doesn’t seem to be doing anything (unable to see it in theme selection in settings).

Comparing with what I have on my server;

instance/static/static/themes/aero-basic-v2.json is correct

instance/static/static/themes/styles.json should be instance/static/static/styles.json
