Option to not parse URLs without explicit "http://"

I’ve wanted this for a while but finally decided to post after seeing almost right next to each other:

  1. light ribbing at an admin with a parody version of their actual instance name
  2. (unrelated to 1) an admin post announcing defederation from an actually risky instance

In neither case does it seem helpful to make the domain name into an easily-accessed, clickable - and possibly accidentally-clickable - link.

Having a mode where the URL isn’t parsed until the http:// is added could help prevent accidental interactions and potential embarrassments for followers viewing from work.
