Would it be possible to have, instead of a single bubble, multiple neighborhoods?
The use case would be to have, for example, a topic specific neighborhood for one topic (say art-focused instances) and a different neighborhood for another (say, programming related)
It feels like it might be a good way to make more of the Known Network accessible in a less firehosey way.

there actually is a “friend-of-a-friend” concept going around with foundkey - which may be close to this, in which a “bubble of bubbles” is created, mostly to potentially make federation less… tiring, but it could be extended
