IRC seems to be broken?

It seems like irc.akkoma.dev doesn’t like connections since yesterday evening:

 telnet irc.akkoma.dev  6697
Trying 2001:41d0:a:f823::1...
Connection failed: Connection refused
Trying 37.187.127.35...
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused

yup, update reasons apparently

#akkoma irc still down for update-related reasons
it’ll come back up uh… eventually
I have no IPMI because it’s hosted on an N2800, but that basically means I’m waiting on the DC to do a hard reset

How you host it safely? I would like to spin up an irc instance

https://ergo.chat is the IRC server used. It is quite easy to set up and run.
