Is the IRC (irc.akkoma.dev) currently unavailable?
Whenever I try to access it, I get a connection error. I haven’t seen anyone posting about it yet, so I’ve decided to sign up to mention about it.
I’m not sure if it’s tied to the forum credentials, or if there are restrictions, or if it’s just simply unavailable. Any clarification would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

the DNS did recently change, so if you cache DNS records at all, that may be causing you issues - try flushing your resolver

I don’t cache DNS records, so I don’t think it’s the issue. I’ve also asked a few friends (from different locations) to try and connect, and they also get a connection error.

ok that might be the server maintainer forgetting about that (as I did) and assuming everyone uses an irc client
