How to enable password reset

Does anyone know where one would enable password reset?

I have checked the documentation up and down but don’t seem to be able to find that switch?
All I found is this [(Managing users - Akkoma Documentation), but that’s obviously not self service

Do you have a mailer setup and working? I’m unsure, but wouldn’t be surprised that that is a requirement.
