Forum Emails Aren't Opt-In

I never signed up or subscribed to this. These are ALWAYS opt-in in any forum.

I am pretty sure thats the default in Discourse. I have gotten them from several different Discourse forums and had to turn them off. I agree they are annoying and horrible but you can turn them off within your profile.

So just do that.
