Is there any way to stop akkoma from trying to fetch from an instance that returns 403? I have blocked the domain and deactivated all its users, but akkoma still tries to fetch stuff despite not having a public key for said domain. The target domain also has my domain blocked, so there should be no reason for akkoma attempting to fetch data.
Edit: looks like I was looking at old logs that happened to have the timestamp matching the last ten minutes for today.
